Everything you need to check the product images Viewrium generated, say whether they are right, and tell us what to change. Read it once, then keep it open.
The address is https://heinimex.review.viewrium.com. Open it in Chrome, Edge or Safari on a computer - the images are the point, and a phone is too small to judge them.
Sign in with the username and password Viewrium emailed you. They are for this app only and are not connected to any other account. If you get “that username and password do not match”, check for a trailing space before asking us to reset them.
You stay signed in for 30 days. Sign out is at the top right.
This is the first screen after signing in: every product Viewrium generated, one card each. A card shows one image, the product name, its SKU and finish, a coloured dot for its review status, and badges when it carries notes or when a view could not be produced.
The row of controls across the top narrows the list - by status, by whether it has a note, by who a note is for, by shape, by how the images were made, by image source, by whether anything failed, and by typing part of a name or SKU.
The filters are in the web address. Once a view shows what you want, copy the address out of the browser bar and send it to us; we see exactly your list.
Grid and Tableat the right of that row switch the layout. The table is denser and lets you set a product's status without opening it.
Click any card or product name to open it.
Heinimex photographs on the left are your originals, exactly as they are on your Drive. What Viewrium produced on the right is ours. Click any of your photographs to see it large beside ours.
Click one of our images to select it. The panel on the right then adds that image's filename, its alt text, and its own shadow settings.
Live preview at the top redraws the moment you change a shadow or background value, so you can see the change before you keep it.
If a view could not be produced, a yellow panel near the top says so and gives the reason. That is us telling you what went wrong; you do not have to do anything about it except tell us if the view matters.
Every product starts at Needs review. Set it to whichever of these is true:
Accepted - the images are good enough to publish.
Partly accepted - some views are fine, others are not. Say which in a note.
Rejected - none of it can be used.
A status saves as soon as you pick it. There is no separate save for it.
A note can be about the whole product or about one view - the panel has a box for each. Choose who the note is for: Heinimex, Viewrium, or both. That is how each side finds its own work.
Notes are independent of status. A product can be accepted and still carry a note for us.
The Notes screen in the left-hand menu lists every note in one table, filterable by who it is for. That is the list we work from, and the list you work from.
A shadow can be set in three places: on one image, on a whole product, or once for the entire catalogue. Each panel says where the values on screen are coming from, so you always know whether you are looking at something set here or inherited.
Change any value and the preview follows immediately, but nothing is kept until you press Save in that panel. Use the inherited values undoes an override and hands the image or product back to the level above it.
Wall-mounted products get no shadow at all - they hang on a wall. Their shadow controls are switched off on purpose.
Each of our images ships with a filename and a line of alt text (the description a screen reader or a search engine reads). Both can be corrected in the panel. Press Save text to keep a change, or Reset to the pipeline's to go back to what we generated.
Everything you do is written straight to the shared Google Drive - there is nothing to export and nothing to send. If a save fails you get a red message; try again, and tell us if it keeps failing.
You can stop at any point and come back. Filter by Needs review to find where you left off.
