Everything you need to check the product images Viewrium generated, say whether they are right, and tell us what to change. Read it once, then keep it open.
The address is https://heinimex.review.viewrium.com. Open it in Chrome, Edge or Safari on a computer - the images are the point, and a phone is too small to judge them.
Sign in with the username and password Viewrium emailed you. They are for this app only and are not connected to any other account. If you get “that username and password do not match”, check for a trailing space before asking us to reset them.
You stay signed in for 30 days. Sign out is at the top right.
Review is the fast way, and the one to start with. It puts your own photographs beside one of our images and gives you two buttons: Accept and Reject. Decide, and it moves straight to the next image. When a product's images are done it shows you all of them together and asks for one word about the product as a whole, then moves to the next product.
The catalog is the other way: open one product at a time and work through it yourself. Use it when you want to change a shadow, correct a filename, or go back to something you have already been through.
Both do the same thing to the same information. Nothing is only possible in one of them.
Every image starts at Pending. You mark it Accepted or Rejected - that is the whole decision, and it is about that one picture, not about the product.
Once you have decided, only the opposite button stays on screen, so changing your mind is always one click.
The badge under each small image in the middle column tells you where it stands, so you can see at a glance what is left.
Every product starts at Pending. When you have looked at it, set whichever of these is true - it is separate from what you said about the individual images:
Needs Attention - something here is wrong and we should look at it again.
Ready to Publish - good enough to go out.
Complete - finished, nothing more to do.
Edit status sits at the top right of a product. Once a product has left Pending it does not go back - it has been looked at.
The Nextbutton at the top right can carry the decision with it. Open the little arrow beside it and choose, for example, “Mark Complete and go to Next”; from then on the button does that every time, until you change it.
Leave a Comment on the product, or Comment on the preview for the one image in front of you. Write anything you want us to know - there is nothing else to fill in.
A comment is independent of a status. A product can be Complete and still carry a comment for us.
The Comments screen in the left-hand menu lists everything you have written in one table. That is the list we work from.
An orange triangle on an image means we are not certain about it - usually that the product was not cut cleanly out of its background. Open the Warnings tab on the right and it says what we think is wrong, in plain words. It is a flag for your eye, not a fault you have to fix.
An orange square where an image should be means we could not produce that view at all, usually because no photograph showed it. Hover over it to see why. Tell us if that view matters.
A small speech bubble means that image already carries a comment.
A shadow can be set in three places: on one image, on a whole product, or once for the entire catalog. The panel says where the values on screen are coming from, so you always know whether you are looking at something set here or inherited.
Change a value and the preview follows immediately. There is nothing to save - it is kept as you go. If you overshoot, the small undo arrow beside a control puts that one value back where it was, and leaves everything else alone.
Wall-mounted products get no shadow at all - they hang on a wall. Their shadow controls are switched off on purpose.
Each of our images ships with a filename and a line of alt text (the description a screen reader or a search engine reads). We suggest both; you can correct either in the Details tab, and Use the suggested name and text puts them back.
Everything you do is kept for you and written to the shared Google Drive in the background - there is nothing to export and nothing to send. The top right says Saving while it is on its way, and nothing at all when everything is safely stored.
If a save fails you will see it there in red. Your work is not lost - it keeps trying. Tell us if it stays red.
You can stop at any point and come back. Review in the left-hand menu always picks up at the first product you have not been through yet.
